Blend : 57% Merlot, 29% Cabernet Franc, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Malbec
Harvest and vinification : Manual harvest. Grapes stored in a cold room. Density sorting and gravity-fed transfer of grapes.
Aging in French oak barrels : 50% new barrels, 25% one-wine barrels, 25% large casks
Tank type : Truncated conical stainless steel tanks, double-walled, 60hl.
